Luis Ibarra is the Managing Member of Nebula LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. A graduate of ITT Technical Institute in Henderson, Nevada, Luis holds a degree in Information Technology and Computer Network Systems.
Before founding Nebula LLC, Luis spent 23 years at Computers Inc, where he developed deep expertise in addressing the technology needs of diverse industries across Las Vegas—including legal, transportation, construction, medical, and accounting. He is well-versed in a wide range of industry-specific software such as QuickBooks, Timeslips, Sage, Fasttrak, and more.
Luis is known for his hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering tailored IT solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.
Outside of his professional life, Luis is a passionate UFC fan and has trained in Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga. He now enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring new destinations through travel.

Elijah Ibarra holds a degree in Cyber Security – Network Security from the College of Southern Nevada and also studied at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At Nebula, he applies his technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable, confident support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond his professional work, Elijah is passionate about vintage technology. He enjoys exploring analog devices—from capturing moments with 1970s film cameras to listening to music on vinyl records. A lifelong music lover, he played the cello for seven years and continues to appreciate classical and modern compositions.
Elijah’s curiosity extends to languages and culture. He studied Japanese for over three years and served as President of his high school’s Japanese Club. His hands-on approach to learning is also evident in his decade-long journey building custom computers and mechanical keyboards—starting with a repurposed office PC and evolving into high-performance systems through years of research and experimentation.
